“Advice to the point – reaching your goal with assertiveness, perseverance and tact.”

Dr. Tilman Isenhardt is a Certified Employment Law Specialist and works as a partner in the firm out of the Cologne office.

Working together with clients to penetrate problems, identify creative solutions and implement them successfully: This is what has driven Dr. Isenhardt since he began practicing law in 2008, advising companies, municipalities, executives and works councils. He is distinguished by his ability to recognize the rapidly changing needs of his clients as a result of increasing digitalization and to align his advice accordingly. For example, he recently successfully assisted clients from the online retail sector with the agile transformation of their work processes and their implementation under employment law. Another focus of his advisory work is working time legislation, in particular the design of future-oriented flexible working time models.
