Markus Pillok, a labor law specialist, is a founding partner of michels.pmks Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB. Since 1995, he has been advising and representing companies, CEOs and employees in all matters of labor law. Mr Pillok has a special expertise in consulting for companies in the construction sector, the retail market, IT and mineral oil trade.

Markus Pillok is active in all fields of distribution and sales agent law. He advises on the conception of distribution contracts for the trade in goods and offers representation in or out of court to companies from the insurance sector or financial product brokers. Since the beginning of his career, Markus Pillok has represented the interests of gas station operators against oil companies.

Markus Pillok has been Managing Director of the Central Association of Gas Stations e.V. (ZTG) since 2013.
