Ludovica Manca works in the Healthcare Law department from our Cologne office.

Academically well-founded and practical in its implementation – this is Ludovica Manca’s consulting approach. She is convinced that the best practice advice for her clients follows from a dogmatic and clean analysis of the problem. Early on, she focused her interests on contractual physician law as well as on MVZs, the establishment, transfer and takeover of physician practices. At michels.pmks, she is involved in advising both the stationary and the ambulatory sectors. Before starting her legal practice, she had already gained practical experience in these areas and also completed stages of her legal clerkship at a renowned law firm for Medical Law, at the Physicians’ Board and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (Kassenärztliche Vereinigung) in Düsseldorf.
