We can draw on many years of experience in advising medical care centers (MVZs). When the new service provider entered the accredited medical care in 2004, our attorneys founded the first MVZs. We support both owner-managed care centers and care centers under the auspices of hospitals in the areas of accredited medical care, accredited dental care and accredited psychotherapeutic care.<\/p>\n

No matter how complex the design, we will take care of the corporate law implementation, the comprehensive legal review of all necessary contracts and the monitoring of the accreditation issues. In addition to the legal aspects, we provide strategic advice to implement your plans in the best possible way. Especially new registrations of MVZs, but also the integration of further obligations to offer health care services and locations require a high degree of experience in order to set up and implement the best fitting schedule to bring in line the dates of the licensing procedure to be met with the contractual arrangement. In addition, we have a large network of cooperation partners at our disposal, whom we involve if necessary, so that our clients receive well co-ordinated advice.<\/p>\n

However, our advice does not end with the establishment. We know that the operation of an MVZ raises a number of legal questions, for example regarding employment, accreditation\/licensing, remuneration, cooperation or obligation to offer health care services under German law. Here, too, you can benefit from our reliable expertise and our eye for the essentials.<\/p>\n
