Works councils have a say in all matters concerning the order and the conduct of employees in the company. The right of co-determination covers a wide range of issues, most importantly certain regulations in Codes of Conduct or other company policies, whistleblowing regulations, the obligation to wear certain work clothes, and parking regulations.
