Works councils have a say in regulations on the prevention of accidents at work as well as in health protection within the framework of statutory regulations. We are at your side to ensure that you do not lose track of the complex health and safety regulations during negotiations with the works council. We represent your interests, for example, in the drafting of works agreements on health risk assessments, in the design of company regulations for the introduction of health and safety standards in the context of remote work, and in hygiene protection concepts.
