The Works Constitution Act establishes a right of co-determination for the works council with regard to technical monitoring equipment. At the interface to data protection law, we represent your interests – also in conciliation proceedings – e.g. in the introduction of biometric access controls, the installation of video surveillance, the introduction of a voice-over-IP telephone system or the use of mobile devices for mobile work.
