Hands-on, dedicated and interdisciplinary advice – Dr. Mai\u00df has more than 15 years of comprehensive expertise in all areas of employment law. The focus of his advice is on providing advice to companies in their day-to-day HR work. This includes, in particular, advice on the operational design of new work processes such as flexible working time models, agile organizational structures or the introduction of new IT systems.
