We can draw on many years of experience in advising medical care centers (MVZs). When the new service provider entered the accredited medical care in 2004, our attorneys founded the first MVZs. We support both owner-managed care centers and care centers under the auspices of hospitals in the areas of accredited medical care, accredited dental care and accredited psychotherapeutic care.

Especially new registrations of MVZs, but also the integration of further obligations to offer health care services and locations require a high degree of experience in order to set up and implement the best fitting schedule to bring in line the dates of the licensing procedure to be met with the contractual arrangement. We advise on labor law issues in close cooperation with our labor law colleagues, who are particularly experienced in the special features of labor law in the health care sector and, if necessary, also conduct the necessary legal disputes.
