“Labour and employment law also offers room for unconventional solutions. Finding these and the opportunity for progressive thinking drive me.”

Dr. Sebastian Maiß is a Certified Employment Law Specialist and works as a partner of the firm out of the Duesseldorf office.

Hands-on, dedicated and interdisciplinary advice – Dr. Maiß has more than 15 years of comprehensive expertise in all areas of employment law. The focus of his advice is on providing advice to companies in their day-to-day HR work. This includes, in particular, advice on the operational design of new work processes such as flexible working time models, agile organizational structures or the introduction of new IT systems. Dr. Maiß accompanies his clients from the very beginning, among other things, in the conceptual design, the (re)design of the operational basis and develops legally sound and future-oriented solutions together with them.

Dr. Maiß has been working successfully with a renowned organizational consultancy for many years. This enables him to bring networked thinking from an occupational psychology and work organization perspective into his consulting. To this end, he has developed his own concept for “Performance Management”, which highlights interdisciplinary solutions for personnel management.
