Dr. Marcus Michels is a Certified Employment Law Specialist and works as a partner of the firm out of the Cologne office.

Close to the client and therefore precise and effective in his advice – this is what distinguishes Dr. Michels. For more than 20 years, he has represented well-known clients in the metal and electrical industry, logistics, healthcare providers, chemicals and technology, as well as the public sector in all employment law matters.

In addition to providing ongoing advice in day-to-day HR work, Dr. Michels has particular expertise in the support and implementation of restructurings and in advising companies on the increasingly complex use of external personnel.
