“We go at your speed and keep you à jour at all times.”

Dr. Gunther Mävers, Maître en Droit, is a Certified Employment Law Specialist and works as a partner of the firm out of the Cologne office.

Locally rooted, globally networked and equipped with many years of experience in advising on cross-border matters: This is what distinguishes Dr. Mävers, who primarily advises companies active on an international or global scale on all issues of cross-border employment law. His worldwide network enables him to coordinate matters relating to foreign labour and employment law for his clients as a key contact.

In addition, he has extensive experience in corporate migration law and advises companies on cross-border personnel assignments. For this outstanding expertise, Dr. Mävers has been recognized nationally and internationally for years, in particular as one of the world’s leading corporate immigration lawyers and a “thought leader” in “WWL Who’s Who Legal”. He also advises on citizenship law issues.

His membership in a number of international networks enables him to offer his clients tailor-made solutions, even in complex international projects. He regularly comments on and publishes in specialist books and journals and regularly gives lectures in Germany as well as abroad. He is also Vice-Chair of the Global Employment Institute of the International Bar Association.
