Markus Pillok is a Certified Employment Law Specialist and a partner of the firm and works out of the Cologne office.

Calmness, pragmatism and negotiating strength: these are Markus Pillok’s outstanding qualities that his clients have been able to rely on for more than 20 years. In addition to companies in the construction industry, retail, petroleum trade, service station operators and the IT sector, managing directors and employees also rely on his many years of experience.

As one of the few employment lawyers in Germany, Markus Pillok also has extensive knowledge of distribution and commercial agency law. In this regard, he draws on his experience as Managing Director of the Zentralverband des Tankstellengewerbe e.V.. (ZTG) – a position he holds since 2013. For example, he drafts distribution agreements for the merchandise trade and, as an experienced litigator, prudently asserts the interests of his clients in court, even in complex legal disputes.
