michels.pmks opens a new office in Düsseldorf

On January 1, 2021, Dr. Sebastian Maiß, Peter Hützen and Jan Schiller will join michels.pmks. They will work from the new Düsseldorf office. They all have many years of experience in restructuring consulting. Dr. Sebastian Maiß is known throughout Germany for his expertise in working time consulting as well as in compliance projects at the interface with criminal law. Peter Hützen has many years of experience in advising foreign companies and in insolvency employment law. He is known for successfully managing large restructuring projects. Jan Schiller is also very well connected internationally and is a proven expert in data protection law, beyond employee data protection.

These partners, who join michels.pmks from the law firms CMS Hasche Sigle and vangard, will significantly strengthen and expand the firm’s core business in employment law, namely providing employment law advice to medium-sized and large companies.
