Dr. Kerrin Schillhorn is a Certified Administrative Law Specialist and a Certified Health Care Law Specialist and works as a partner of the firm out of the Cologne office.

Precision, speed and unpretentious advice at eye level: Dr. Schillhorn’s clients have been able to rely on these qualities for many years. She advises and represents hospitals and other service providers in public and social law issues of medical law with a focus on hospital planning and hospital financing law.

Another focus of her work is administrative law. Project sponsors trust Dr. Schillhorn among other things in complex administrative proceedings, such as the law governing the extraction of raw materials and other legal issues related to facilities.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Dr. Schillhorn is a member of the executive committee of the Medical Law Working Group of the German Bar Association and a member of the board of the Administrative Law Working Group of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
