Managers and board members are responsible for compliance with statutory and internal company regulations. After all, compliance is a matter for the boss. They are responsible for this and – also to limit the personal liability risk – must introduce and monitor effective organizational measures to ensure this. These include internal company guidelines, e.g. on data or business secrecy protection, as well as instruments such as the establishment of an internal whistleblowing system.

We advise and support you in the conception and implementation of appropriate compliance measures. In addition, we support you in investigating internal compliance violations and efficiently enforce (damage) claims of the company against employees and third parties. Our team has extensive experience in preparing and conducting such investigations, including interviews within the company by our specialized lawyers – if desired, also together with forensic and criminal lawyers from our excellent network.
