For administrators and insolvency administrators, we take over the negotiation and implementation of all personnel measures required in the context of insolvency (reconciliation of interests, social plan, mass dismissal procedure, transfer company, transfer of business). In addition, we advise both insolvency administrators and buyers in the event of an acquisition out of insolvency.
