Our expertise is not limited to labour and employment law advice, but also includes – if desired – project management. We conceptualize the project and support you in the preparations, in particular concerning the social selection procedure and the calculation and budgeting of restructuring costs. We also advise on the use of transfer companies (“Transfergesellschaften”). The partners of our firm have many years of experience in conducting negotiations with works councils and trade unions.
