Operational Wage Structuring

Incentives for employee performance can be set up in the company by means of company regulations on wage structuring, e.g. by implementing bonus payment systems and replacing outdated remuneration systems with modern and more flexible ones. Works agreements can supplement collectively agreed remuneration systems or, outside the scope of collective agreements, establish uniform rules for all employees.
