Works councils have a say in all matters concerning the order and the conduct of employees in the company. The right of co-determination covers a wide range of issues, most importantly certain regulations in Codes of Conduct or other company policies, whistleblowing regulations, the obligation to wear certain work clothes, and parking regulations. We support you in the preparation, negotiation and implementation of appropriate works agreements.
